Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC (Healix) is a leading provider of Office Infusion Centers, managing operations for over 200 physician practices, hospitals, and medical institutions. For over 30 years, Healix has been at the forefront of this industry, offering services such as drug purchasing, revenue cycle management, managed care programs, and clinical staffing.

Currently, Healix relies on multiple systems, spreadsheets, and travel nursing staff to coordinate infusion services at various locations. To enhance operational efficiency, Healix sought to centralize communication across systems, eliminate reliance on email and spreadsheets, and implement a unified platform for streamlined communication and data management.

The Challenge:

Healix needed to modernize its Provider Portal and redesign its mobile app to enhance usability and functionality. Additionally, they aimed to automate their financial report generation process to improve efficiency and enable easy sharing of reports with their clients.

To address these needs, ContentActive conducted an Architecture Discovery Workshop to assess the existing Provider Portal and mobile app, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for upgrades and automation.
