The Overview:
Raintree™Vacation Club has 16 resorts spread across primarily the western regions of the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Additionally, Raintree has an affiliated partnership with Destination Xchange and with Bluegreen Vacations, allowing members to travel to over 40 additional resorts throughout North America. Raintree Vacation Club has three flagship resorts, our ‘Club Regina’ resorts, each located in some of the most sought-after vacation destinations throughout Mexico. From the sunsets in Cabo, to the beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta and all the way down to the nightlife in Cancun, Their Club Regina resorts offer a memorable experience for every kind of vacationer.
The Challenge:
The additional functionalities were added that includes the full flow of searching availability, property details, custom integration with Concord and Shift 4 for verification of member dues thats allow customer to pay in the process of the booking, member portal points, borrowing, viewing prior history and points, custom holds and confirmations.
The Strategy:
The scope was added to the booking engine to make the overall process more efficient and increase functionality to make the process more self-service from the members.
