Overview
SCI INC or Saldana Consulting Incorporated (SCI) is a retirement plan advisory firm providing Plan Sponsors (companies) and employees with SCI benefit information and retirement planning and Third Party Administration (TPA) services. The firm is looking to enhance their offering by developing a portal for Plan Sponsors or companies who are providing retirement benefits to their employees. The portal will associate plan sponsors to key information they need to administer their employees’’ retirement plan. The portal will also provide additional global and educational information. The overall goals are to provide a comprehensive view of the retirement plan for plan sponsors and employees.
The Challenge:
To improve the management and transparency of retirement plans for both plan sponsors and employees, SCI needed a robust Customer Portal and Admin Portal. The challenge was to integrate these portals with various support and educational tools to ensure plan sponsors could manage their plans effectively while offering employees easy access to relevant retirement information. The additional requirement was to integrate ZenDesk for 365 support and Chatbot Scheduling/Backup to improve user support and ensure efficient communication.
