Overview

Revolution Energy is a newly established energy company providing residential and commercial energy services in Texas. Their goal is to promote energy solutions for both individuals and businesses while offering easy access to energy services through a modern website and customer portal.

The Challenge:

Revolution Energy required the development of a new website and customer portal to promote their energy services in Texas. They wanted to upgrade the existing system (formerly Infuse Energy’s site) and integrate the latest technology to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience. The new site needed to include tools for energy promotion searches, account registration, and management, as well as to streamline customer access to services. The challenge was to upgrade the existing portal while maintaining the functionality required for promoting energy services and managing user accounts.

The Strategy:

To address this challenge, ContentActive focused on:

  • Upgrading the Website: Using the latest version of the Enterprise Umbraco CMS, the new website was designed with a fresh brand and user-friendly interface to attract customers and provide relevant information about energy services.
  • Portal Upgrade: The customer portal was updated to include all necessary functions for managing energy accounts, registrations, and energy promotions.
  • Drawing from the Existing Infuse Portal: By integrating features from the Infuse Energy portal, the team was able to retain the successful elements of the previous system while enhancing the user experience with new design and functionality.
