Overview

Since 1999, Brask Inc. has specialized in the design, engineering, and remanufacturing of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, along with providing various manufacturing and fabricating solutions for its downstream market customers. The company operates two facilities in Louisiana and Texas, each with duplicate processes to handle customer projects. In the course of their work, Brask deals with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to document and address issues related to jobs, vendors, parts, and other project-related factors.

However, these NCRs were traditionally handled manually, using paper, printouts, and Excel, making the process inefficient and cumbersome, especially in terms of tracking issues, resolutions, and their impact on timelines and costs.
